KR’s Common-Sense Warranty:

We’ve been supplying and installing flooring in NZ since 1964. We know what works and what doesn’t and, as an established family business, accountability and solving customer’s problems are important to us.

Our clients rest assured that everything will be OK: they know we are honest, they know we respect our clients and colleagues, and they know we take responsibility for what we do. We get very few warranty claims, but, being human, we sometimes make mistakes. Our simple promise to our clients is that when we make mistakes, we fix them.
